Has is Been Two Years Already!?
LoveJust a quick update - I added my newest cosplay costume, "Briar Rose" from Sleeping Beauty. I really enjoy wearing this costume.
When I was little, I watched Sleeping Beauty a lot, and I really loved the Briar Rose scenes - even more than when she becomes Princess Aurora in the end.
Like the Ariel costume, this is a Disney costume I've wanted to make for a few years. For a peasant dress, I think it's beautiful. And oh man, do I LOVE Aurora's gorgeous hair! I searched all over the intarwebs to try and find a wig that would come close to it, and I'm pretty happy with the one I found.
I'm currently working on my own rendition of her princess dress in pink. I like both colors, and I think both are equally "correct" (even though she wears the blue the majority of the movie, the dress is pink for the majority of its creation, so it's even screen time to me). Buuut... since pink is my absolute favorite color in the universe, pink it is!
